Welcome to Sea Mar CHC – Puyallup Medical Clinic.

Puyallup Medical Clinic has been serving Puyallup and Pierce County residents since 2004. Our highest priority is to provide high quality, accessible, affordable, and comprehensive health care to the Puyallup community and its surrounding areas.

We use a model of primary care that stresses prevention, education, and patient empowerment. We strive to be the provider of choice for the residents of Puyallup. We take pride in our policy of never turning a patient away because of an inability to pay for our services.

In addition to our regular clinic hours, Puyallup Medical Clinic has a provider on-call and available to our clients for phone consultation 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. Our 24-hour nurse advice line, 1-866-418-1002, is also available to clients who seek advice or consultation.
