SEATTLE
Executive Assistant: Temporary position available to work in the Seattle Medical department performing administrative support duties. Coordinate data requests between the data department and medical department. Reviews and revises clinical quality improvement and productivity data and validates data reports. Compiles clinical productivity and quality improvement data, displays and distributes data to medical staff. Assists the chronic care program director with midterm and final grant reporting, and grant budget tracking to local, state and federal agencies. Tracks care coordinator productivity and compiles care coordinator reports and productivity data. Assist with note taking at medical department meetings and dissemination of department notes. Assist with other administrative duties while chronic care program director is on leave. Responsible for upkeep and organization of all medical department files. Tracks and prepares credentialing for providers. Process all incoming and outgoing interoffice and postal mail. Answers and directs incoming calls for the Medical Department.
Education and Experience: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience especially with Excel and Microsoft Word. Excellent communication skills and able to work independently. Clinical Supervisor: Full-time position available immediately to work for “Renacer” an inpatient setting for male youths. This inpatient rehabilitation center is designed to provide culturally sensitive chemical dependency services to male adolescents who are at high-risk and require constant care and empathy dealing with their troubles. Helps prepare budgets and calendars with the Administrator. Coordinates with the Administrator regarding administrative and all clinical management procedures relating to residents. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for implementing the facilities program according to the policies and procedures. Applicants are expected to subscribe to the philosophy that Chemical Dependency is a disease and total abstinence is the long term goal for recovering people. Provides clinical supervision to all staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications: Must possess certification from the Department of Health Chemical Dependency Professional Certification Board (per WAC 388-805 & RCW 18.205). Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, in public health, education, or social sciences, or a minimum of five (5) years working as alcoholism and chemical dependency counselor with high risk youth. GA-U Coordinator: Part-time position available for the Aberdeen Clinic. Individual will provide and coordinate mental health care and community referrals for clients enrolled in the GA-U Program by working closely with the primary care providers and mental health providers. Responsibilities: provides assistance to the VP of Behavioral Health in program development, policy and procedure development, compliance with WACS and RCWS; provides education and behavioral activation, monitors symptoms and response to medication and/or psychotherapy using structured instruments; and offers a brief course of counseling, as necessary. The successful candidate will also need to have some knowledge of psychotropic medications and be able to present patient symptomology to a Psychiatrist. The GAU Coordinator is responsible for timely and effective referrals to and communication with community-based resources, and for facilitating high levels of continuity of care.
Education and/or Experience: MSW, MA, BSN with current RN license, MHP, or appropriate state licensing. (Licensed Psychologist, LASW, LICSW, LMHC) preferred.
